My research interest lies in exploring the relationship between magnesium and cardiovascular disease, with a specific focus on metabolic syndrome and subclinical cardiovascular burden. Through the utilization of MRI parameters, I aim to investigate the association between serum and dietary magnesium levels with subclinical cardiovascular disease. Additionally, I aim to shed light on the role of chronic kidney disease, further enhancing our understanding of the complex interplay between magnesium, cardiovascular health, and kidney function.
